Completed Rental & Security Agreements Required:

• Paperwork emailed to guests to complete and return with deposit or final balance
• 20% deposit required at time of reservation, payable within 7-days of booking
• 80% balance due 60-days prior to arrival (Low & High Season); or 90-days prior (Peak Season)

• Personal Checks accepted at USA office
• Credit Cards* accepted at USA office – VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
• 5% credit card bank fee processing fee applies to credit card payments
• Cash payment on-site in Cabo Pulmo (in pesos only) available if guaranteed by credit card
