El Nido

EL NIDO is BAJA PARADISE’s ocean-view 2-story home, offering fully-equipped vacation living in the theme of VILLA & CASA DEL MAR. EL NIDO is located just 60 short yards from Cabo Pulmo’s pristine white sand beaches and living coral reefs in the Sea of Cortez, one lot west of VILLA & CASA DEL MAR, opposite the second row of the Cabo Pulmo village bungalows and casitas. EL NIDO’s unique design creates separate living spaces in its 1,200 sq ft two-level floor plan, offering two bedrooms & two bath rooms. EL NIDO’s sun-drenched living room & kitchen/dining room bring the outdoors in through sliding doors & large windows, framing beautiful mountain views to the west from main floor living & patios plus ocean views from the south-facing shaded patio and EL NIDO’s  second level vista deck. EL NIDO’s builders have paid special attention to every detail guaranteeing a comfortable stay.

Guests staying in EL NIDO will delight in our fully-equipped kitchen complete with multiple sets of dishware & modern convenience items, including microwave oven, blender, mini-chopper, juicer, mixer, toaster, coffee grinder, plus a variety of table linens to set a beautiful table for up to 8 guests. EL NIDO’s living room boasts two incredibly comfortable inner-spring double-size futon sofas for over-flow sleeping or just watching Dish Network satellite TV or a video on our DVD-VCR, or listening to music on the CD/cassette player (with USB port for personal music plus-ins). EL NIDO also offers complimentary Telcel and Hughes wireless internet.  The main floor queen bedroom also has its own patio, with umbrella table & chairs, chaise lounges & hammock, plus a connecting bath that can also be accessed from the living room. EL NIDO’s upper floor, which feels wonderfully airy & spacious with its gently sloping ceiling & high peaked roof, houses the second bathroom & second over-size bedroom, offering four personal areas, each outfitted with a twin bed, three-drawer bureau, reading-lamp & private window for views & ventialtion. There’s even a play area with bright natural light in the center of the room with a table & four chairs for game-playing!  Every living & sleeping area has one or more ceiling fans, plus during hot weather, optional bedroom air conditioning is available ($). The eastern walkway has a large sink & counter for cleaning your ocean-catch.

VILLA DEL MAR, CASA DEL MAR and EL NIDO are located within BAJA PARADISE’s private compound with no walk-through or drive-through traffic. Guests at VILLA & CASA DEL MAR and EL NIDO enjoy complimentary Telcel and Hughes wireless internet, DishNetwork satellite TV, use of beach and ocean equipment, including sit-on-top ocean kayaks, SUPs (stand-up paddle boards), snorkel gear, boogie boards, life jackets, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, plus sand-and-inflatable toys. BAJA PARADISE villas offer guests unparalleled service with complimentary housekeeping and grounds-keeping provided daily (except Sunday and Holidays).  Guests will enjoy our large, airy, common-area laundry facility with washer, dryer, folding counter & drying lines. The laundry building also houses additional items for guest use, like games, puzzles, cards, videos, music tapes and best-sellers, plus coolers, water bottles and self-service guest re-fills on paper goods, foil, plastic bags and candles. Our staff is always available to work extra hours ($), launder personal clothing ($),  shop in town ($), or help arrange for local fishing or diving excursions.
