BAJA PARADISE offers Cabo Pulmo’s only beachfront vacation-rental home in Cabo Pulmo. VILLA DEL MAR is a stunning, luxury oceanfront home offering quests conveniences not found elsewhere in Cabo Pulmo, including three separate bedrooms, three bathrooms, and spectacular oceanfront living. Our motto is “If we don’t provide it, you probably won’t need it”.

VILLA DEL MAR’s large, airy living room, with six sliding patio doors, puts you right at the beach even when indoors watching satellite TV from the USA on our flat screen television. VILLA DEL MAR offers guests a super-complete cook’s kitchen which includes microwave oven and dishwasher with center-island seating for seven. Our dining room seats up to fourteen. VILLA DEL MAR has three large bedrooms: a king-bedroom right on the ocean with large private bath; a second bedroom which has a queen bed plus two twin beds (bunks) & private bath; and a third bedroom offering a king bed or two twin beds with a third bathroom a few steps away in the laundry building. Overflow sleeping is accommodated on VILLA DEL MAR’s covered patio, which is also set up as a second living area, on a double futon sofa or on comfortable Mexican canvass sling cots.  Ample patio furniture & hammocks make outdoor time perfect. You’ll enjoy sunsets from our large, rooftop patio which has incredible 360-degree views of the ocean to the east & mountains to the west.,

BAJA PARADISE provides complimentary daily housekeeping & grounds-keeping services, complimentary Telcel and Hughes satellite internet, satellite Dish Network TV, combo DVD/VCRs, CD/Cassette stereo, dishwasher, at-the-tap purified water, gas BBQ, 16 ceiling fans and optional bedroom air conditioning in summer ($) and laundry facilities.

VILLA DEL MAR, CASA DEL MAR and EL NIDO are located within BAJA PARADISE’s private compound with no walk-through or drive-through traffic. Guests at VILLA & CASA DEL MAR and EL NIDO enjoy complimentary Telcel and Hughes wireless internet, DishNetwork satellite TV, use of beach and ocean equipment, including sit-on-top ocean kayaks, SUPs (stand-up paddle boards), snorkel gear, boogie boards, life jackets, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, plus sand-and-inflatable toys. BAJA PARADISE villas offer guests unparalleled service with complimentary housekeeping and grounds-keeping provided daily (except Sunday and Holidays).  Guests will enjoy our large, airy, common-area laundry facility with washer, dryer, folding counter & drying lines. The laundry building also houses additional items for guest use, like games, puzzles, cards, videos, music tapes and best-sellers, plus coolers, water bottles and self-service guest re-fills on paper goods, foil, plastic bags and candles. Our staff is always available to work extra hours ($), launder personal clothing ($),  shop in town ($), or help arrange for local fishing or diving excursions.
